Centum Electronics’ Precision Plastics Division, established in 2004, was created to meet the growing demand for high-quality plastic and mechanical components. It has developed into a trusted provider of precision plastic solutions to OEMs across industries. Our facility integrates injection molding, tool development, precision assemblies, and secondary operations under one roof, enabling efficient delivery of complex and high-performance products.

Injection Molding

  • Advanced Thermoplastic and Thermoset injection molding
  • CNC-controlled closed-loop molding machines (60T–180T)
  • Specialized in insert molding, vertical molding, and thin-wall complex geometries (accuracy up to 0.05 mm)
  • Materials handled include PP, PE, PBT, PA, PC, ABS, PPS, PET, TPE, PVDF, and others
  • Expertise in high-temperature and high-strength polymers such as Ultramide, Grivory, and Stanyl

Assembly Solutions

  • Box builds, switchgear assemblies (MCCB, MCB, SFU), bus-bars, surge arrestors, and high-voltage bracket assemblies

Secondary Operations

  • Heat staking, ultrasonic welding, annealing
  • Pad/screen printing, ultrasonic cleaning, plating, machining
  • Cable crimping and EMI shielding with metallization

Tooling and Design

  • End-to-end tool design and development in collaboration with industry-leading tooling vendors
  • CAD tools used: AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Mold flow analysis for performance optimization
  • Process includes design, tool manufacturing, trials, FAI reports, and production readiness
